Jenifer Champ Wallis has broad experience representing businesses and individuals in complex legal matters. She has provided clients with day to day counsel on various legal matters ranging from corporate formation, contract disputes, business practices and litigation. Ms. Wallis also has personal experience in forming and running successful businesses and nonprofit corporations.


Ms. Wallis is a graduate of the Cumberland School of Law where she was a member of the nationally recognized Cumberland trial team. She graduated with honors from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and later earned a Master of Public Health from that university.


Ms. Wallis is devoted to community service. In this capacity, she is a founding board member of Young Professionals of Birmingham, a board member of Shelby Humane and a member of Junior League and Rotaract. She has been named one of Birmingham's top young professionals and is a published author. Ms. Wallis is also an owner of The Pillars, LLC (www.thepillarsllc.com), an online business magazine and sole owner of Amicus Curiae, LLC, a legal resource to be launched Fall 2010.
